Working in a Coal Mine is a two-channel video installation exhibited at Art Chicago (2004) that recontextualizes footage from the Museum of Science and Industry’s “Coal Mine” exhibit. First presented at the 1933 Chicago World’s Fair, “Coal Mine” is an interactive tour through the mining experience brought to you by the mining industry.
